Our monthly consulting packages provide expert strategic support, accountability, and insights to help you grow smarter — without the cost or commitment of hiring a full-time marketing lead. Book one-time sessions or invest into 3 month or 6 month package for extra support.
Cancellation Policy
📅 Scheduling & Availability All sessions are scheduled via our online calendar. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For multi-month consulting packages, we recommend booking sessions in advance to maintain consistency and momentum. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of that session. This helps us honor everyone’s time and keep our calendar running smoothly. ⏱️ Punctuality Please arrive on time to your scheduled session. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited. Sessions will not be extended beyond the original end time. 💬 Communication Between Sessions Email support is available for clients enrolled in 3- or 6-month packages. This includes short strategic questions and clarification between sessions — not full campaign reviews or new scopes of work. Response time is typically within 24–48 business hours. 💳 Payments & Refunds All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. Consulting fees are non-refundable once the engagement has started. ⚖️ Scope of Support Sentric provides advisory-only consulting services. We offer strategic recommendations, performance insights, and guidance — you (or your team) are responsible for executing. Implementation, ad setup, content creation, or campaign management are not included unless explicitly scoped in a separate agreement. 🚫 No-Show Policy Missed sessions without notice will be marked as no-shows and may not be rescheduled. Repeat no-shows may result in early termination of the consulting agreement without refund. ✅ Agreement By booking a consulting session with Sentric, you agree to these terms regarding scheduling, payment, communication, and scope of services.
